- Automatic temperature and VPD control (VPD: vapor pressure deficit) only with a UIS controller (UIS: Universal Infinity System): the S7 has no climate automation of its own. Without a compatible AC Infinity UIS controller, 10 manually selectable heating levels and fresh air mode are available.
- Powerful 1000W heater for grow tents and controlled indoor grow environments. For automated grow operation in which a target temperature or VPD value is to be maintained, a compatible AC Infinity UIS controller is required.
- Individual PTC heating elements (PTC: positive temperature coefficient, self-limiting heating elements) with precise PWM control (PWM: pulse-width modulation) enable 10 true heating levels or optional fresh air intake for flexible climate regulation.
- Two air ports allow ducting to be routed directly into the grow tent or a closed air loop to be built for especially efficient use of heat. Ducting sold separately.
- Integrated safety features such as tip-over alarm, flame-retardant materials and overheating protection with automatic restart. In combination with a compatible UIS controller, automatic temperature and VPD control as well as app control, data logging and alerts are available.
Product Description
The AC Infinity THERMOFORGE S7 is a powerful 1000W heater for grow tents and controlled indoor grow environments.
Individual PTC heating elements with PWM control enable 10 true heating levels or, alternatively, fresh air intake. Two air ports support both open-loop and closed-loop air circuits and allow flexible integration into different grow setups.

- 10 levelsHeating and fresh air
- up to approx. 3 × 3 mGrow area
- 2 × Ø 100 mmAir ports
- UIS-compatibleControlled via controller
A UIS Controller Is Required for Automatic Regulation
The THERMOFORGE S7 was developed especially for growers who already use a compatible AC Infinity UIS controller in their setup. On the device itself, 10 manually selectable heating levels and fresh air mode are available. However, the S7 cannot automatically maintain a target temperature or VPD value on its own – this requires a compatible UIS controller, for example the CONTROLLER AI+.
10 True Heating Levels and Fresh Air Mode
The individual PTC heating elements of the THERMOFORGE S7 are precisely controlled via PWM and enable 10 true heating levels for even, efficient heat output. In addition, it can switch between heating mode and fresh air intake: the device either supplies heat to the grow area or draws in cooler ambient air when no additional heating is needed. This combination makes the S7 a versatile addition to existing indoor grow systems.
Two Air Ports for Flexible Configurations
The device can, for example, stand outside the grow tent and direct the heated air into the grow area via suitable ducting. In an open air loop, ambient air is drawn in and routed into the grow tent; in a closed air loop, the air is recirculated to use the existing heat as efficiently as possible. The matching heat-resistant ducting is sold separately. Both air ports are Ø 100 mm and are therefore also compatible with AC Infinity standard ducting (100 mm).
Integrated Safety Features
The THERMOFORGE S7 features several integrated safety mechanisms. These include tip-over protection with alert, flame-retardant materials and overheating protection with automatic restart.
Designed for Existing UIS Controller Setups
The THERMOFORGE S7 focuses on powerful, precisely controllable heating technology. With 1000 W heating power, 10 PWM-controlled heating levels, fresh air mode and flexible air routing, it provides the heating output; automatic temperature- or VPD-based climate control is handled by a compatible UIS controller.
UIS PLATFORM
Automatic Regulation with UIS Controller
The THERMOFORGE S7 itself does not have the sensors and climate automation to maintain a target temperature or VPD value on its own. The sensors connected to the controller record the relevant climate values and regulate the S7 according to the programs set up there – the S7 provides the required heating output.
UIS controller sold separately, for example the CONTROLLER AI+.
Operating Notes
- The heater is intended solely for use in controlled indoor spaces.
- Relative humidity should be between 30 and 65 % during operation. This also applies to the intake air.
- In a closed air loop, do not combine the device with a humidifier in a way that allows mist or moist aerosols to enter the heater intake duct.

No Additional Controller? THERMOFORGE T7
For automatic regulation by temperature or VPD without an additional controller, the THERMOFORGE T7 is the right stand-alone solution – with integrated controls and its own precision sensor.

Safety and Warning Information
Heat and Fire Protection
- The heating elements become very hot during operation. Do not touch hot surfaces; use only the provided handles for transport.
- Keep at least 90 cm away from walls, furniture, curtains, clothing, paper or other flammable materials. Do not operate near flammable liquids.
- Heating output may vary. The surface can become very hot – avoid skin contact.
- Do not insert objects or fingers into vents or outlets. Never cover or block the vents.
- The front must never be covered or blocked.
Power and Cables
- Connect the device directly to a wall outlet only. Do not use extension cords, power strips or timers.
- Do not connect other devices to the same outlet to avoid overloading or tripping fuses.
- Insert the plug fully. Check the outlet and plug regularly for overheating or deformation; do not use the device if signs of damage are visible.
- Use only when fully plugged in. Check outlets regularly for signs of aging and replace them if necessary.
- A slightly warm cord or plug is normal. However, if the plug or socket becomes hot or deforms, have the outlet checked and replaced if necessary.
- If there are signs of electrical problems (for example sparks, burning smell, flickering light), switch off the device immediately, unplug it and contact an electrician.
- Do not run the cord under carpets or furniture and do not pinch it. The cord must not hang over edges or be kinked.
- Do not touch any part of the device or plug with wet hands.
- Do not rely solely on on/off programming. Unplug the power cord before cleaning, servicing or moving the device.
- Do not use if the power cord or plug is damaged, the device has been dropped or shows malfunctions. Have repairs carried out only by authorized professionals.
Setup and Operation
- Suitable only for dry indoor spaces. Do not operate in bathrooms, laundry rooms or other damp areas. Never immerse in water or place where it can get wet.
- Do not operate on soft or unstable surfaces (for example bed, sofa, carpet). The device must not tip or fall over.
- Do not place the device on unstable, sloped or elevated surfaces. Always place it upright and securely.
- Before operation, make sure no packaging or padding materials remain in the device.
- A slight odor during first use is normal and disappears after a short time.
- The device is not intended for persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities unless they are supervised or appropriately instructed.
- Children must not play with the device. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- Small parts can be swallowed. Keep out of reach of children; if swallowed, seek medical help immediately.
Maintenance, General and Disposal
- Read all instructions before installation and operation and keep the manual for future reference.
- The device may only be used as described in the manual. Any other use may result in electric shock, fire hazard or injury.
- Before cleaning or storage, switch off the device, let it cool down and unplug it. Clean only with a soft, dry cloth – do not use chemicals, solvents or ammonia.
- Do not carry out your own repairs. Service work may only be carried out by authorized qualified personnel or a qualified electrician.
- Do not dispose of this product with household waste – return it to a collection point for waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE 2012/19/EU).
