Product Description
The CO2 + light sensor was developed for direct use with the CONTROLLER AI+.
It monitors CO2 levels, which are important for healthy plant growth, and automatically keeps them within the desired range. The WiFi app shows the readings in real time to ensure the plants receive the right amount of CO2. In addition, the sensor detects whether the light is on or off.

Smart Response to CO2
The sensor coordinates with a fan, detects the desired CO2 range and switches the fan on only when needed – for efficient fresh air exchange. This has a direct effect on photosynthesis.
Light Detection
The sensor detects whether the light is on or off. This allows CO2 control to be matched to the lighting phases – for CO2 distribution that supports photosynthesis.
Advanced Programs
Day and night scheduling, precision cycles and comprehensive environmental data logging allow precise control under different conditions.
Precise Measurement
The sensor was developed exclusively for the CONTROLLER AI+; CO2 levels are tracked in the app via WiFi.
Note on CO2 Readings
Most plants need more than 400 ppm CO2; growth improves with rising CO2 levels up to about 2,000 ppm. High readings can also occur without CO2 enrichment, as the CO2 level depends on factors such as room size, sealing, the number of people in the room and their distance from the sensor. Indoors it is usually higher than outdoors. Mount the sensor at canopy height; the photocell must face the light source.

- Maintain an operating humidity between 35 and 60 % RH and a temperature between 0 and 50 °C.
- Use only indoors or in grow tents.
- Do not drop the sensor or expose it to strong impacts – it contains sensitive measuring technology.
- Keep the sensor away from children and pets.
- Read the user manual completely before first use.
- Do not modify the sensor – repairs only by authorized service.
- Improper use may cause malfunctions or damage.
- Do not dispose of this product with household waste – take it to a collection point for waste electrical and electronic equipment.
