Guarantee by AC Infinity Inc. for IONFRAME series LED grow lights – guarantee notice for purchases on acinfinity.eu

AC Infinity Inc. is the manufacturer of AC Infinity brand products. It gives this guarantee.

GrowTechnology GmbH sells the products on acinfinity.eu. It does not give a guarantee of its own and is not liable under this guarantee; it receives and handles guarantee claims for AC Infinity. Your statutory rights against GrowTechnology GmbH as the seller are not affected (section 2).
2. Your statutory rights are not affected
If the goods are defective, you have statutory warranty rights against your seller, for example to repair or replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract. If you buy on acinfinity.eu, your seller is GrowTechnology GmbH. Exercising these statutory rights is free of charge for you: in particular, you do not bear any shipping, transport, labour or material costs.
The manufacturer's guarantee applies in addition to your statutory rights and does not limit them. You are free to choose whether to rely on the guarantee or on your statutory rights. Which statutory rights you have and how long they last depends on the law governing your purchase contract. In the European Union, the seller is liable at least for defects that become apparent within two years of delivery; in some countries for longer, for example three years in Spain and in Sweden.
3. Which products are covered?
The guarantee covers new IONFRAME series LED grow lights by AC Infinity that you bought on acinfinity.eu: IONFRAME EVO3, EVO4, EVO6, EVO8 and EVO10.
If you bought one of these lights as part of a kit, for example with a grow tent system, the guarantee covers only the IONFRAME light, not the other parts of the kit.
Other products are not covered by this guarantee. For those, your statutory warranty rights apply (section 2).
4. What is guaranteed and for how long
AC Infinity guarantees that the IONFRAME light, when used as intended, is and remains free from defects in materials and workmanship for the entire guarantee period. The guarantee period is 5 years from the date of purchase. The guarantee applies to purchases made on or after 1 July 2024.
This guarantee is a producer's commercial guarantee of durability: AC Infinity is directly liable to you for the repair or replacement of the light for the entire guarantee period.
5. Guarantee services
If a defect in materials or workmanship occurs during the guarantee period, the light will be repaired or replaced with a new, equivalent light, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you. AC Infinity decides whether the light is repaired or replaced. For deliveries to the Netherlands or Sweden, you decide, unless the remedy you choose is impossible or disproportionate compared with the other one.
Repair and replacement are free of charge for you. AC Infinity bears the necessary costs, in particular for shipping, transport, labour and materials, in all countries listed in section 6 and for the entire guarantee period:
- AC Infinity reimburses the necessary costs of sending in the light on presentation of the shipping receipt. Instead of the reimbursement, GrowTechnology GmbH may also send you a prepaid shipping label for AC Infinity. If you do not want to advance the shipping costs, please say so before sending the light; the shipment will then be arranged for you.
- AC Infinity pays for shipping the repaired light or the replacement to you.
Statutory claims for damages, for example under product liability law, are not affected by this guarantee.
6. Territorial scope
The guarantee applies to IONFRAME lights bought on acinfinity.eu and delivered to a delivery address in a country to which acinfinity.eu delivers at the time of purchase. These countries are currently Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, Spain, Czechia, the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden and Finland. You can make a claim from any of these countries. The guarantee services (sending in, reimbursement of shipping costs, shipping of the repaired light or the replacement) are provided to addresses in these countries.
7. What the guarantee does not cover
The guarantee does not cover damage caused by:
- improper installation or use contrary to the user manual, for example an incorrect input voltage;
- modifications to the light or interventions not provided for in the user manual;
- external influences, for example dropping, impact or water, where the light is not designed for it.
Purely cosmetic signs of use, such as scratches and dents that do not affect the function of the light, are not covered either.
8. How to make a claim
- Report the claim within the guarantee period to customer service, which handles it for AC Infinity: by email to service@acinfinity.eu, subject "IONFRAME guarantee claim", by phone or by letter (contact details in section 1).
- Please provide your order number, your address and a short description of the problem. Photos or a short video help with the assessment.
- You will then receive by email the details for sending in the light (address and shipping label or reimbursement of the shipping costs, section 5).
- Once the light has been received and inspected, you will receive the repaired light or a replacement.
9. If the claim is not covered
If it turns out that the claim is not covered, for example because the light has no defect or an exclusion under section 7 applies, you will be informed before you incur any costs. Shipping the light back to you may then be subject to a charge: you will be told the costs beforehand, and you only pay them if you agree. A light you have sent in will only be disposed of with your express consent. Your statutory rights are not affected.
10. Notes for individual delivery countries, language versions
- Netherlands and Sweden: you choose between repair and replacement (section 5).
- Finland and Sweden: the guarantee is given by AC Infinity Inc. alone. GrowTechnology GmbH as the seller is not liable under this guarantee (section 1); your statutory rights against it are not affected.
- Luxembourg: you receive this guarantee notice in German and in French; the version of your choice applies.
- Spain: you always also receive this guarantee notice in Spanish.
With your order confirmation you receive this guarantee notice as a PDF file in the language of your order and, depending on the delivery country, also in a second language. It is also available at https://acinfinity.eu/herstellergarantie-ionframe/en/. All language versions have the same content.
