Manufacturer’s Warranty for AC Infinity Products

Your satisfaction is very important to us. That is why we offer a comprehensive manufacturer’s warranty for AC Infinity products. Below you will find the details of our warranty:

Warranty Coverage

Under our warranty program, we guarantee that every AC Infinity product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. If a product develops a defect during this period, the following warranty coverage applies:

  • 2-year warranty for all AC Infinity products from the date of purchase
  • 5-year warranty for commercial grow lights and products containing such lights purchased on or after July 1, 2024. Commercial grow lights include, for example, large bar-style lights such as the IONFRAME series. Products containing these lights include complete systems such as the ADVANCE GROW SYSTEM.

If a product develops a defect within the warranty period, we offer the following services:

  • Repair or replacement: We will repair the defective product at our expense or replace it with a new unit. We reserve the right to decide whether the product will be repaired or replaced.
  • Refund of the purchase price: If the product is unavailable, we reserve the right to refund the purchase price. In this case, there is no entitlement to a replacement product.

Limitations

Please note that this warranty does not apply to consumable goods or products intended for recurring use, such as fabric plant pots.

Important: If returned products show signs of use or are found not to be defective, you may be responsible for the return shipping costs. Products that are not returned may be disposed of.

Warranty Claims

Obvious transport damage should be reported as soon as possible after receipt to ensure prompt processing. To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us by email at service@acinfinity.eu using the subject line "Warranty Claim".
  2. Include the following information in your email:
    • Your order number or purchase order number
    • Your delivery address
    • A brief description of the problem

Once your warranty claim has been reviewed, you will receive a free, prepaid return label by email. This service is available for addresses in Germany.

Once your return has been received and inspected, a repaired unit or a new replacement unit will generally be dispatched within 3 business days. The claim will be processed within a reasonable period.

Important Notice

This voluntary manufacturer’s warranty is provided in addition to your statutory warranty rights. Your statutory rights, including the two-year statutory warranty under German law, remain completely unaffected by this warranty and continue to apply without restriction.
