Manufacturer's warranty for AC Infinity products

Your satisfaction is very important to us. That is why we offer a comprehensive manufacturer's warranty for AC Infinity products. Below you will find the details of our warranty:

Warranty coverage

Under our warranty program, we guarantee that every AC Infinity product will be free from material and manufacturing defects for a period of two years from the date of purchase. If a product shows a defect within this period, we offer the following services:

• 2-year warranty on all AC Infinity products from the date of purchase
• 5-year warranty on commercial grow lights and products that include such lights (purchased from 1 July 2024). Commercial grow lights include, for example, large bar lights such as the IONFRAME series. Products that include these are, among others, complete systems such as the ADVANCE GROW SYSTEM.

If a product shows a defect within the warranty period, we offer the following services:

• Repair or replacement: We will repair the defective product at our expense or replace it with a new unit. The decision as to whether repair or replacement takes place is at our discretion.
• Refund of the purchase price: If the product is unavailable, we reserve the right to refund the purchase price. In this case, there is no entitlement to a replacement product.

Limitations

Please note that this warranty does not apply to consumables or goods intended for repeated use, such as fabric plant pots.

Important: If returned products show signs of use or are not considered defective, return shipping costs may be charged to you. Products that are not returned may be disposed of.

Warranty process

Obvious transport damage should be reported as soon as possible after receipt to ensure prompt handling. To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us by email at service@growtechnology.de with the subject line "Warranty claim".
2. Include the following information in your email:
   • Order number
   • Your delivery address
   • A brief description of the problem

After your warranty claim has been reviewed, you will receive a free, prepaid return label by email. This offer applies to addresses in Germany.

Once your return has been received and inspected, a repaired unit or a new replacement unit is usually shipped within 3 business days. Processing is completed within a reasonable timeframe.

Important note

This voluntary manufacturer's warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights. Your legal rights, in particular the two-year statutory warranty under German law, remain fully unaffected by this warranty and apply without restriction.
