Follow these steps to pair your controller with the AC Infinity app.
Step 1: Check compatibility
While our controllers may look similar, not all of them have app connectivity. To check whether your controller can connect to the app, check the product label — the name is located on the left or back side of the controller. Currently app-capable devices are:
CONTROLLER 69 Pro
CONTROLLER AI+
See the controller comparison chart for current compatibility. If your product was advertised as app-capable but you received a non-matching model, please contact our customer service team.

Step 2: Download the app
You can download the AC Infinity app by searching for "AC Infinity" in the Apple App Store (iOS) or the Google Play Store (Android). Alternatively, you can scan the QR codes below and open the link shown.
Step 3: Connect the controller to the app
Open the AC Infinity app by tapping the icon on your mobile device. Press the "+" icon in the top right of the DEVICES page and select your device's category to start the pairing process. On controllers like the CONTROLLER 69, you'll be asked to hold the Port button until the Bluetooth and/or WiFi icon flashes. Please note that Android devices request location permissions in order to communicate correctly with your controller.

WiFi

Step 4: Update the firmware
Check whether your controller's firmware is up to date. In the app, tap the controller device in the DEVICES overview to open its control menu. Go to the top right, tap the gear icon, select DEVICE, then FIRMWARE UPDATE to check whether a new version is available. During the update, your controller will briefly turn off and automatically turn back on once complete. Controllers released before the CONTROLLER 69 do not receive firmware updates.
