Compatibility within the Ecosystem
Our ecosystem uses UIS™ connectors, our own variant of USB-C. All current UIS controllers and devices follow the same standard protocol and are therefore interchangeable with one another. Our older generation with Molex connectors can still be operated with the new UIS controllers — for this, a Molex-to-UIS adapter is used. Likewise, new UIS devices can be operated with older Molex controllers via a UIS-to-Molex adapter.
